Yes, you are, small children are allowed (no younger than 6 years old). It is important to note that a responsible parent or guardian will have to take full responsibility for assuring that the child is under constant supervision.
Our expeditions are not suited for people with severe physical disabilities, heart diseases, pregnant women and for people under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
We recommend comfortable clothing with a bathing suit on underneath, an additional set of dry clothes, a long sleeve t-shirt, please only bring biodegradable suntan lotion and mosquito repellent. Note: to avoid the pollution of our cenotes, we kindly ask you to not use any suntan lotion or mosquito repellent until advised by our guide.
We offer a typical regional buffet, although there is not a special menu designed for vegetarian, we do have vegetable soup, potato patties, salad, rice, beans, and fruit of the season.
The height of the zip-lines varies between 6 meters to 25 meters. The distance of the zip-lines varies between 60 meters to 210 meters
The height of the rappel lines varies 8 meters to 25 meters.
It is highly recommended to carry cash or credit card, because in all our expeditions there are photo service, wich are available for sale at the end of the activities, there are also selling handcrafts and "souvenirs" in general, and of course, if it is considered such a good service, you can give tips to the guide or/and the staff.
No, our expeditions ca be perfomed even if it rains. In this case rain is a great advantage since it makes the expedition more exciting and memorable, for your security we do avoid using zip-line and rappel when there is thunderstorms along with the rain.
